Our bylaws set out the rules for how our local elects our representatives, and how the local is run.
Constitution
The CUPE Constitution determines the union’s objectives and how the union operates. It forms the basis for the functioning of the more than 2,100 CUPE local unions across Canada.
Collective agreements
Collective Agreements
Each local has its own collective agreement, a formal agreement between union employees and their employer that outlines the terms and conditions of employment.
